Toogoom Halloween 2017

Every year on October 31st Toogoom participates in Halloween festivities and trick or treating around the neighbourhood.
While for many residences, Halloween is a chance to join in some fun times for the kids, to others it is a big annoyance.
To make it easy for everyone to know where to go and In order for everyone to have a happy halloween, Toogoom Net will be creating a map of Toogoom residences, clearly marked with those participating and those not.
